We are in search of a skilled Painter to join our restoration team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in painting interior and exterior surfaces, knowledge of paint selection for different environments, and a keen eye for detail.

This role is critical in the final stages of restoration, ensuring that repaired areas not only are structurally sound but also visually appealing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a professional Painter, with a portfolio or references.
• Knowledge of surface preparation and paint application techniques, with an ability to select appropriate materials for different situations.
• Familiarity with safety standards and environmental regulations related to painting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
